Our family planned our vacation since last year, but have always rechecked confirmations over and over before arriving. This time we were told they had given our room away. I made one call to Holiday Inn Rewards and I was assured everything would be taken care of. When we arrived all was as it should be.
The continental breakfast was very good. The hostess checked on all the guess while she maintained a full supply of food.
The only problem we found was the jacuzzi didn't work. There were alot of children playing and having a good time.
