My wife and myself toured the Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, DC & VA). We elected to stay at this new B&B + Vineyard. We are world travelers and have stayed in the finest accommodations and it was serendipity to find this cute owner built property. The suite we stayed in had a great bed & linens (so tall it required a foot stool) with separate whirlpool tub & steam shower. Even had towel warmers and a fireplace. Gourmet breakfast. Helpful innkeepers. What appears to be a pricey B&B turns out to be good value for the money. Definitely not a "commercial B&B". Hard to find but worth it.

Took a quick trip to Charlottesville to shop and wine taste. I was the first guest at Arcady. The property is pretty and quiet, my room was very comfortable and spacious. I could use the whirlpool watch TV and see the fireplace all at once. I felt at home right away. The owners also offer wine tours. I just walked out of my suite into a van and was whisked away for an afternoon of country driving and wine tasting. How pampered is that? Can't wait to visit again.
