If you like really good Mexican food, don't eat here. This place gets rave reviews in a lot of local papers, but honestly it is bland, bland, bland. They don't put any spices in anything. The enchiladas and burritos look the same except for the sauce. Both are filled with what I would guess to be boiled ground beef. The enchilada sauce tasted like thinned down condensed tomato soup. The best thing on the plate was refried beans, but honestly, those are pretty hard to screw up. Be forwarned, a second basket of chips costs a dollar. So eat slowly.
I don't usually critique restrooms, but the Ladies room here was filthy. I had to clean the toilet before I would let my 3 year old use it. I didn't even let my other two children wash their hands in there.
The service wasn't bad, so that is why I gave Guadalajara a 2. Otherwise this place would have gotten a 1.
