This was our 4th stay at the Charlottesville Fairfield Inn - we have had absolutely no issues/problems at this property. This inn has got to be one of the quietest places we have ever stayed! We always get a good night's rest when we stay here.

The Fairfield is conveniently located on Route 29 North in Charlottesville. It is within an easy drive of UVA, restaurants, shopping and easy access to I-64 as well as Route 250.
And while it is not a full service hotel, it is very comfortable. The rooms have a microwave and a small fridge. The shower head and water pressure are great. The room rates are extremely reasonable.

The staff is courteous and friendly. The breakfast is really quite nice and fresh - the breakfast staff does a great job of replenishing items.
The hotel offers free internet service.
And there are freshly baked cookies in the evening -- how can you go wrong with cookies??!!
This hotel is perfect for us when we are in the C'ville area.
The Fairfield Inn is ideal for those who need a "base" while in the area -- and not looking for the amenities of a full service hotel or resort. We highly recommend this property!

I had a very brief stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was also very easy to get to restaurants from here. We also liked the larger bathroom rather than ones where you can barely close the door. My only complaint was that they ran out of hot water at breakfast and did not put any more out before I had to leave for the day. The breakfast staff was difficult to talk to because they kept carrying on with their own conversations. That's not terribly important considering the rest of the stay was satisfactory.

Convenient location on the north side of Charlottesville, with restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Our accomodations were clean and the continental breakfast area was also clean and well-ordered. No complaints here.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were quite pleased with the expierience. Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was quite good for being of the continental style. When traveling through the Charlottesville area, we will definately be staying at this Fairfield Inn again. When you stay, be sure to check out the Western Sizzlin Wood Grill Buffet for dinner. It is within walking distance of the hotel and the food is the best buffet style that we have ever had, you will not be dissappointed.
