We went to Aqui es Mexico tonight after hearing about it for a while but usually going to the more popular Mexican chain in the area (Guadelajara). We are so glad we finally came here as everything we ate was much better. I had the choro-pollo burrito which was great and my husband had a combo plate which gave him the opportunity to try chile relleno, mole, a chimichanga and something else. Nothing was bad. My husband, who is VERY picky when it comes to Mexican really liked it all. He didn't love the salsa but I actually liked it. All of the food, including the chips, are obviously homemade. I know one review mentioned the chips being greasy but they are exactly the way fresh-made chips are, as opposed to tostitos. It is a little more boldly spiced, not just "hot" but layers of flavor. If they said something was "spicy" it had more of a bite than most things. My burrito wasn't supposed to be spicy and it wasn't.
I absolutely recommend Aqui es Mexico if you are looking for freshly made, good, more authentic than most places food. It wasn't very expensive. It was less than $30 for 3 people, two of which had non-alcoholic drinks and one had a beer. It is not fancy, but if you are looking for good food look no further.
