I have been coming to this place for a quick Chinese meal since 1996.
As of this spring their quality went downhill and on multiple occasions I have gotten over salted and under cooked dishes.
Looks like I'll have to find another place...

Food's good, reasonable, and plentiful. The servers are polite and good natured, too, and no one will force you to use chopsticks.
Excellent food, freshly prepared to order. Very inexpensive and generous portions. Drab place, take out if you can.
A take away (or basic “eat in” place” recommended by two of the nearby hotels - Wingate and Fairfield Inn. Had a wide variety on the menu. We would go there for take-away arriving from Europe and wanting to veg out in the room. Went three times over the years and it was always good. You can also eat there, but it’s a no frills place. A short walk from Wingate Hotel as the crow flies (a bit longer from Fairfield), but you need to add extra steps to safely cross some of the wide active streets there.
For our needs its very convenient sand I’d go back.
