I went to this restaurant on Sat. night with a friend. The service was good and the food was good. However, when I got home I was itchy all night and had welts on my body. I talked to my friend the next day and he had the same reaction. We were both up all night scratching. Needless to say, we though out the leftovers and vowed never to return. I have no idea what they put into there food to cause this type of reaction. I never experienced this in the past, nor has my friend. So upset I wanted to write this to warn anyone else who may be senstive to whatever....

Otani has been my go to place for sushi for the last few years. We typically head over on Wednesday and Thursday nights where they offer dollar sushi. The standard rolls are $3.50 each and the premium rolls are $4.00 each. Nigiri is $1.00 each. For the money, it can't be beat. Sure, it gets a little bit busy - but I've never had a bad experience here! We have also done the Hibachi grill too, which is pretty darn good.

Small, quaint place. Excellent attentative polite service. You get complimentary soup and salad with each order and a small dish of ice cream at the end. They have hibachi grills or area for sushi orders made fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Could have more flavor.
I only ordered sushi. They had wide variety to offer.
Overall decent food for the price, and made you feel special having the extra niceties offered during the meal.

Wanted to go out for a nice long meal with sushi and hibachi, well got the sushi at the same time of the hibachi, which almost ruined a nice date night. I know they are trying to rush people through to turn tables, but maybe if you focus on customers experience they would stay long and come back more often and spend more $$$$!!!
