Loved the mini-suite format, big screen TV with HD channels, 24 hour service, easy access to Washington. Not so great, very tiny closet for hanging clothes, non-HD channels on TV reception was horrible.

Clean and friendly hotel. The hotel was fresh and standard. Couple of restaurants are located walking distance from the hotel. Not far from IAD. Easy parking.

This is a typical Hyatt Place and I love the way the rooms are all standard in layout and amenities. I really like the Hyatt Place product. That being said, there were good and bad aspects to this location.
Good - free wifi, nice size room, near airport, many different food options w/i walking distance.
Bad - shower leaked, carpet was stained, couch worn and sagged a lot in the middle (didn't pull out the sofa bed, not sure of its condition).

The property is undergoing renovations. Sign in hallway stated that bathrooms were being redone. Front desk staff said that double rooms were being redone? The noise was annoying but, they only started, that we could hear on the 3rd floor, at 10 a.m.

This was anther visit for a 4 day business meeting

One Caveat~ game 6 world series went ot extra innings & the bartender in the lobby (* which was full) tried to shut doen & run us all out of there, HOW UNPATRIOTIC... UN-AMERICAN even.. I guess in her home country there is NO national pride in America's pastime. Baseball is not a priority... too bad for the business travellers staying with her employer.
But other than that What a terrific place to stay & hold business meetings
