“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

It's one of the best museums we've been, ever! Impressive planes, flying machines, rockets and specially the Columbia space shuttle will entertain everyone! We spent almost 3 hours there, and could have stayed longer, that's how much it's there to see. If you are staying in Washington, you'll have to drive there, the metro doesn't go there. Parking is $15.00 but the admission to the museum is free. Don't miss it!

This museum was a great place to learn about the all the airplanes that have been flown throughout time. My favorite was the black bird and the space shuttle. Very interesting!!

“Exciting and educational for all ages”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

Though it is a a little far from the center of the town it was worth it. Able to see the actual historical aircraft and space craft. Very interactive for kids and adults. Must keep a whole day for in depth visit. Totally enjoyed it.

“Much more than the Space Shuttle”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

An A - Z collection of the history of flight. See the myriad types of operational and experimental aircraft that have evolved to today's vehicles. Experience the story of the space program and appreciate the challenges of space flight. See up close some of the most historical aircraft both military and civilian that made history from the first civilian jet passenger plane to today's modern fighter planes.
