Not to many hotels have a balcony, well this one does! Everytime I stay here it makes me feel at home. Until next year! Keep up the great work.

We're Marriott members, so when we have an international flight in or out of Dulles, we like to stay at one of their nearby hotels. I got booked into this one when my first choice (Courtyard at Dulles Town Center) was full. Because it's a bit farther from the airport, I had some apprehension, but it turned out to be a good choice. It should be noted, though, that it's necessary to phone the hotel from the airport in order to have the shuttle come to the pickup area. A nice touch is the Bistro in the lobby, so you can buy interesting dishes to eat there or take back to your room -- great if you're exhausted from a long flight and just want a bite and a bed. There are also some fast food outlets nearby, but no real restaurants. You'll find a drugstore within walking distance, though. Hotel and room were both clean, and I really appreciated the coin-operated laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. If the Marriott at the airport seems too pricey, then this is a good alternative for nearby accomodation.

This hotel is a great value. I don't know why but all the hotels in this area are very inexpensive. We picked this hotel based no good prior hotel stays at this chain. It ended up being a good choice. The hotel was clean, check in and out was easy. The breakfast was encluded and was very good. Also there was a nice patio with a cortyard to sit on after we put the kids to sleep.

Very neat and clean hotel. The lobby looks good and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, exactly what you expect from Marriott. Fitness center is good, and despite what some other reviews say there are quite a number of places to eat nearby (though probably farther than most people would care to walk).

On the downside, my room was cramped--far too much furniture, making it difficult to move around. There's no hotel restaurant, just a Starbucks that serves some light meals; a real breakfast would have been welcome. Like most Courtyards, the heating/AC unit is in the wall and is much noisier than a central AC system.

The price is okay, but not an overwhelming bargain (market rate for this area, I guess, but this area is ridiculously expensive, in my judgment).
