Classic Hampton but service elevates the Hampton experience to a new level. Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Nice room, breakfast sack as we departed at 4:30 AM. Even had a diamond parking spot!

My wife and I recently lodged at this Hampton Inn in Chantilly that was chosen for its reasonable cost and location near Dulles International Airport. It had a bit of a worn-out look but was fairly clean and the inclusive breakfast was decent.

However, we encountered a significant problem regarding noise intruding into our room. The door closures and locks for the rooms were such that they could not be closed without causing an extremely loud bang. Consequently, we were jolted in our room every time a door in our area was opened and closed. In addition, the soundproofing was very poor as the conversations of the party in the adjacent room could clearly be heard through the connecting doors even though the people conversed at a moderate volume level. As a result of all this, we had a poor sleep experience and would not lodge there again.

The staff at this hotel make you feel like family! Neda and Mary at the front desk care for your every need as a traveller.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the two concierges make you feel that you are a valued guest and greet you with a smile and see that the buffet is always replenished.

A great place to stay for one night or many nights.

Stayed here overnight after returning rental car at Dulles and before very early flight the next morning. Shuttle picked us up promptly at rental car return, brought us to the hotel, and delivered us to the airport again at 4 the next morning. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and reasonably priced for that area.

We arrived here in a filthy mood. We had been delayed 4 hours, missed our international connection, and had to spend the night. That's when I discovered that Dulles airport is a long way away from Washington DC. The shuttle from the hotel arrived within the promised 15 minutes, and everything started to get better from there. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. We checked in, and were in our rooms in minutes. The shuttle then took us to a pharmacy and restaurant that where still open late at night. The rooms were large, with ample cupboard space and writing desk, as well as a coffee maker. No safes in the rooms, but these are available at reception.

The rooms are geared for computers, with free WiFi, internet cable sockets, and USB ports to charge things. The shower had a vibro-massage shower head to help un-kink after the flight. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold foods. We checked out in the morning, but wanted to go into DC before our flight. We were happy to discover that, not only did the hotel have a left-luggage facility, but they also put it on the shuttle to meet us at the airport when we got back there from the city centre! We were all in very much better mood after our night in this hotel than we had been on our arrival.

Pending nuptials resulted in weekend stays at this Hampton Inn starting in early February and continuing for 5 months till the end of June. David in Sales was most accommodating and the front staff that we got to know over time were great. Nida specifically was terrific in managing our weekly reservations and always welcoming us in person by name. Alex came on board during our tenure as well. And Anwar on the overnight shift is a rock a stability.

The remodeled breakfast area is great! (although I have to say the OJ quality is still lacking but that seems to be a challenge at all Hamptons.)

Rooms were always very comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.

I returned to VA with my two cats from overseas and needed a pet friendly hotel near the airport. This Hampton Inn, newly renovated, offers many healthy breakfast options, included in price of rooms. Rooms are spacious with cable tv, hair dryer, free wi fi, verdant surroundings and amiable staff. The best part is the free shuttle, not just to and from the airport but the driver will take you anywhere in the local area and will pick you up, a gratis. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost around $75. I recommend this hotel if you need a rest after arriving at the airport or are in transit with your pets.

Room Tip: This is a peaceful area away from major roads so any room will provide a restful sleep.
