They serve really cold beer.....

The food has gone from fair to horrible. My husband and I went there for a late lunch on Sunday after Thanksgiving. I ordered the grilled shrimp caesar salad and he ordered a cheeseburger with a salad. The food came very late (about 20 min. or more) despite very few customers. Shrimp was barely warm. Caesar salad was wilted and swimming in the dressing. Hamburger came without cheese; 1 single cheese slice brought on a plate. Fries had melted cheese all over them though cheese was not ordered for the fries. Hamburger was ordered medium-well but came overly well-done. Waitress delivered this mess knowing it was wrong. Very apologetic but of course left it to us to ask for specific things to be fixed. Oh, and tried to take whole plate away to replace fries instead of just leaving it and bring back the right fries. 25 year old (assitant?) mgr came over after about 10 min. to ask if everything was OK. We told him what was wrong, and suggested he fire the cook. He said the manager is back there doing the cooking !!!!!!!!!!! He really didn't see that the food was sub-par. Attitude was like, hey, we're Outback, we're great. In the past, this specific Outback was uneven: quality of steaks and entrees ranged from fair to very good. Lately, just terrible. They don't give a crap. Rarely is there a wait for a table. No wonder. I hope this is not typical of all Outbacks.
