“Difficult location, some interesting but costly baked goods”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2012

Too easy to miss this heading West on L:ee Hwy toward the off ramp to Rte 28 North. There is parking along the west side of the hosue and in the rear, but easier just to park before you get there and walk in. The kids who seem to run the place have fun, but items aren't cheap. The bin soo (shaved ice and beans) isn't even as good as is found across Lee Hwy at Spa World. Have tried some of their sweet breads but found nothing special to warrant the rather high price. They do have otuside and second floor table space, but not a really big menu.

“Korean Bakery n cafe is a house! Lots of rooms n lots of pastries.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2012

First off let me explain, yes it's a small yellow house on Lee Rd. Very eclectic inside upstairs, a mix of lots of furniture including armchairs to dine in. When you walk in, there are lots of tempting, and interesting pastries. Some sweet and some not, like a curry bread thing that is out of this world. You order downstairs, and then wait for your food, like at a panera's. There is some seating there, but most is upstairs spread out through the rooms of the house. If you're meeting with a large group you may even call and reserve a room. The soup is fresh and delicious, sandwiches are generously filled, and a bit on the sloppy side because of that. However it's not a complaint when you have so much avocado in your panini that you need a fork to eat what slides out. It's family owned, and they have wonderful service, with lots of samples to try things you've never heard of. The only drawback is that it is slow, not many behind the counter, only one or two making sandwiches or filling soup orders. So plan accordingly.
