I decided to give it a try after nearly 5 years. Now I recall why I said I would never visit the restaurant again. There are no healthy options available and the quality of the food is less than mediocre.
First the chips are ok, but the salsa is watery and of a very low quality.
Second, I ordered the burrito bowl and was extremely disappointed. It looked like mush and was served in a very small sauce bowl. It had about 2 tablespoons of a watery chicken and tomato mixture, 1/4 cup of WHITW rice and PINTO beans, 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, 6 small shreds of tomato and a tsp of sour cream. I couldn't believe my eyes when it was served. I should have taken a picture of it. I was extremely disappointed and almost refused to eat it. I used it to dip the chips in which made it slightly palatable.
Anita's was quite amazing about 5 - 10 years ago. They now make Taco Bell look like Chipotle or Cava. I don't know how they are surviving. The furnishings are dated and in need of updating. Fingerprints on the windows and tables that had not been cleaned. If I am ever hungry in this vicinity again, I will go to Boston Market located next door. They have better food choices that are of a higher quality for relatively the same price.
