“15-20 Minute wait when it's not even 1/3 full”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

Every single time we've been to this restaurant it's been between 5 and 6PM, no one else in line or waiting & we're told it will be a 15-20 minute wait even though there are only about 20 customers seated. Empty booths & tables everywhere. I asked why & was told every server is assigned a maximum of 4 tables (booths) & they were "short handed" tonight. Funny, this is ALWAYS the case. The reason we go a little early is to avoid a long line. That doesn't matter here. The servers have always been professional, but the food has arrived almost cold several times. It's about what you would expect for a chain restaurant, but their management really needs some help. Managers at other chain restaurants always come by the table to see if everything is ok, NOT HERE, they just don't care! No more drinks for me from their bar either. They are two thirds ice, very little actual product.

“Pricey but yummy!”

My 21st birthday dinner, had the strawberry daiquiri (yummy, huge glass, but at $8 I only drank one). Great food!

Nice atmosphere. A bit crowded the night we went. Food was good; servings were small. Staff was super nice.

“Dependable Chain Restuarant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

My husband and I regularly travel between northern Virginia (D.C. suburb) and Nashville, Tennessee, always stopping the the Bristol Marriott Courtyard (usually around 8:30 to 9:00 p.m.). The Red Lobster is next door to the Courtyard and, while we occasionally go elsewhere, we always return to the Red Lobster. Yes, it's a chain, but after a long day at work followed by 6 hours of driving, we just want comfort. The Red Lobster crowd, by that time on a Friday evening (our usual night there), is beginning to thin out, so we sit in the bar area, have an excellent martini (or two!), and crab legs. I'm not exaggerating--they have GREAT crab legs! I've spent a lot more on crab legs in much fancier restaurants, but nobody has crab legs better than this Red Lobster! The service is fine, and the prices reasonable. If you are staying at the Courtyard, this is a great choice for a late evening comfort meal.

“Nice Red Lobster”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

The Bristol location is very nice. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent service. We always get a nice meal at a very fair price. We eat here often when staying at the Courtyard hotel next door.
