Every single time we've been to this restaurant it's been between 5 and 6PM, no one else in line or waiting & we're told it will be a 15-20 minute wait even though there are only about 20 customers seated. Empty booths & tables everywhere. I asked why & was told every server is assigned a maximum of 4 tables (booths) & they were "short handed" tonight. Funny, this is ALWAYS the case. The reason we go a little early is to avoid a long line. That doesn't matter here. The servers have always been professional, but the food has arrived almost cold several times. It's about what you would expect for a chain restaurant, but their management really needs some help. Managers at other chain restaurants always come by the table to see if everything is ok, NOT HERE, they just don't care! No more drinks for me from their bar either. They are two thirds ice, very little actual product.
