I went there with a number of my sisters and their families and we had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. I stayed in a Presidential Suite and it was simply fantastic - and was priced for Blacksburg. Definitely recommend it and will go again.

If you are a priority club member and it doesn't matter what level you are at you are treated just like a regular guest and don't expect to receive coupons for a free drink in the bar, breakfast coupons or upgrades. They have started to leave envelopes in your room asking you to tip the housekeeping either leave $2.00 cash or charge it to your bill. This last issue about tipping has push us not to return to this hotel again. This is way the remarks are terrible.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and bathroom was fully stocked. The morning wake up call was perfect and exactly as asked for.

It was a great place to stay, the people was nice. The poop was great, the only thing that was worng was the breakfast bar could us real eggs, everything else was fine. The room was wonderful and I would stay there again.
