“"To Kill A Mockingbird" at The Weston Playhouse”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

I was very impressed by the superb quality of the production of "To Kill A Mockingbird" at the Weston Playhouse. The sets were beautifully and creatively done. The cast was excellent. The quality of the acting was on a par with a "top notch" acting company in Boston or New York. I will definitely return to the Weston Playhouse to see more shows next year.

“OMG 42nd Street was fabulous!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

Great little spot and the dinner beforehand at Cafe at the Falls was incredible. Service was great and the food was really, really good. We then ambled outside to the balcony before the show. The show was incredible.

“Couldn't be better!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

My husband and I, who live in Connecticut, have attended musicals at the Weston Playhouse for a number of years. Every one of them has been first rate. The theater is beautifully designed and maintained and it is a pleasure just to be there. This year, we saw "42nd Street." It was absolutely delightful. The talent was superb, and if you like dancing, this is the show to see. We expect to return next year.

“Consistently terrific summer theater. I've been coming for almost forty years.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2013

The Weston Playhouse is Vermont's oldest summer theater - an Equity house, it attracts actors and directors with considerable resumes. Some of the fare consists of familiar blockbuster musicals, but there are also less well-known and serious straight plays. There is a second stage at the nearby Rod and Gun Club which produces more experimental works as well.
