“Great new addition!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2010

The VVS is a new place in the valley run by long time valley residents who know what they're doing. They treat you like you're family and their food and beer options are numerous and all great. The sandwiches are so good it's not even funny.

I would highly recommend this establishment as they are great for a casual night out with good service/food/drinks and prices.

“A fun bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2010

On a recent ski trip, yes a few months ago (I can be a slacker about adding reviews) we ate here twice, lunch and dinner. Generous portions at reasonable prices for typical bar food. Just what we hoped for. Be sure to take time for a chat with the owners. They tell a good story.

“fun place but average food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2010

My husband and I stopped by last weekend while we were in the area and stopped here since we didn't have the kids with us. The food was okay. My husband got a steak and cheese sandwich which wasn't the best, but my burger was oretty good. The price for the food was a little high but their beer selection is good and the prices on them were fair. My husband was also excited about the music and their TVs. Everything is nice and new in there too.

“Great food, fun environment, good people and sweet potato fries!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2010

Since they opened last summer, we've eaten at the Saloon a couple of times and also spent a recent Saturday night there listening to great live music by Coydog. If you're visiting Mount Snow and environs, don't miss the Saloon.

You can count on good food (mostly sandwiches, both hot and cold, with an expanding choice of dinner entrees), served by nice people (Dave went the extra mile for us, bringing us a ladle so we could divide a big bowl of soup into smaller portions) in a clean, happy setting.

There is a pool table (just for ages twelve and up, according to the sign) and three big screen TV's.

Don't miss the sweet potato fries served with honey mustard and the first- class marble rye! The sandwiches are huge and the soup is house-made.

“Great new spot!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2010

Just what the valley needs! The food is great, the bar is fun and the owners aim to please! They have a pool table and the atmosphere is fun but not rowdy. It is a great addition to the valley and I would highly recommend the sandwiches, as the selection is great. Everything is fresh, and the vibe is good.
