Greg and Willie are running an excellent property! Moose Meadow Lodge is a wonderful rustic themed cabin B&B in the Waterbury, VT area. The home is very spacious with three rooms to choose from on the main level. We stayed in the Teddy Bear room and it is a treat. It has a nice view, queen size bed, rustic furnishings, teddy bears everywhere, and an absolutely wonderful two-person shower/steam bath with heated bathroom floors.

The lodge has a wonderful living room and great room where guests can relax, enjoy the company of other guests, play games, or just be at peace. Willie and Greg will answer questions or stimulate conversation when needed, but will definitely not be overbearing. The breakfasts are freshly prepared every morning and are very wonderful. Coffee, hot cocoa, and tea are available 24 hours. Digital cable is available in the great room. A hot tub is downstairs. Snow shoes are provided for a hike up hill to a beautiful place called the sky loft.

The lodge is close to downtown Waterbury, Waitsfield, and just about 20 minutes to the town of Stowe. Several good restaurants are nearby. Ben and Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider, and Cabot Cheese are also a short drive away.

Stay here! It is a treat.

Willy & Greg have created something very special at Moose Meadow Lodge which has as much to do with their warm & hospitable personalities as with their beautiful 'log cabin' home.
They are both such consumate hosts...nothing is too much trouble & staying with them feels like being very special 'house guests'
We look forward to returning some day & exploring more of their stunning acreage...by the way, the hike up to the 'SkyLoft' is something not to be missed !

We can heartily recommend a stay in this unique & peacful haven in the Vermont mountains.

Our stay at the Moose Meadow was fabulous! Willie and Greg were spectacular hosts. The place is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous grounds, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the Mountain View Room, it was very spacious, and the decor definately makes it stand out from all the flowers and lace of most other B&B's in Vermont. Willie is a great cook and made us a delicious breakfast of French Toast and Bacon. Next time we will definately stay longer.

Perfect is the only word to describe the Moose Meadow Lodge experience. The service from Greg and Willy is 5-star. They provide a personal touch without being overbearing. The Inn is very cozy and inviting. Since the lodge is on a piece of property that is 80+ acres, you really feel like you are getting away from reality. The breakfasts are huge and top notch! We will back again and again and again.

My boyfriend and I just returned from a mini-vacation at Moose Meadow Lodge. It was by far the nicest B&B experience we have ever had. Our hosts were very accomodating and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Their home is beautiful-a unique log cabin style with fireplaces, a piano, hand painted murals, hot tub and loads of intereting things to look at. All guests have use of the kitchen and are welcome to bring their food in. There are several common areas to sit and read, play games, watch tv or visit with other guests. Tea, coffee, and hot cocoa were always ready. Breakfast is served at a leisurely 9 am and it was marvelous every morning. The property is extensive and snow shoes are supplied for those wishing to venture uphill for a spectacular view. We would have been happy to never leave the property, but if you do, you will find "downtown" Waterbury just minutes away by car. Waterbury is a small town but offers several nice restaurants and a few cute shops. It is near Stowe as well as my personal favorite, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream factory! Moose Meadow offered everything we hoped for and more.
