This property has changed hands 3 times since 2008. The new owner hasn't quite gotten up to speed yet but they are trying. I think it's trying to be both a B&B and an Inn. The Inn is old fashioned with early American furnishings with an old tv. Our room was the only room with a king sized bed and it was comfortable and large. No micro/fridge though. Unfortunately, the floors squeaked loudly upstairs as the occupants walked around and I could actually hear the microwave in the kitchen next door.
Breakfast was good both mornings with blueberry french toast and fruit the first morning and a tomato/basil Frittata the second morning. The downside was that though there was coffee and some sort of muffin/banana bread available when you first went into the dining room, you had to wait for the server to come in and see that someone was even there.
The manager is actually the first owner brought back to help out. She was very helpful the first morning in planning our sightseeing, restaurants, etc but at other times, the front desk had no answers to our questions. We visited in the off-season and I'm sure that by next year, they will have made this into a much more viable Inn. Good luck!
