My birthday girl daughter and I had a late breakfast -- not brunch. The menu is fulsome and the quality of the offerings makes it tricky to decide For some reason, I had a yen for the corned beef hash and poached eggs -- and English muffins and divine potatoes. After determining that the hash is made in-house and that it would be crispy, we both ordered it. Fabulous. I have had the pancake stack when I was last in Waitsfield -- and have a photo of my grandson's beatific face as he contemplated the stack. It is worth the trip, which is saying a lot as I travel from New York!
