It's not well known that this restaurant at the private Stratton Mountain Club is open to non-members when space permits. Check in with them on the day you want to dine and you might get lucky. The room is gorgeous, the food is delicious and the service is top notch. Prices are not low, but are also not too high given the quality of the experience. Fun to watch the snow cats grooming the trails for the next day's skiing through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while sitting by the blazing fire with friends.
