We went for dinner on a Saturday night without reservation. After a drink at the bar, we were seated at a nice booth. The menu offers interesting combinations of very fresh ingredients - Vermont style. The food is simple but creative and uses excellent fresh ingredients (for example the sauce on the massive pork chop I ate was absolutely delicious, made of basel, oil, garlic, pepper etc.). The starter was an interesting tuna tartare in a warm avocado. Different but interesting and good. The service was very good and friendly. The wait in between courses was a bit too long. The overall atmosphere was trendy and very nice. We will definitely go back.
