We had breakfast here while we were staying at the Grey Fox Inn. The restaurant goes by the name "Dutch Pancake Cafe" in the morning, and "The Pub" for the dinner service, although it is the same physical space.
There were a lot of choices on the menu! It seemed to have something for everyone. We decided on a maple nut Dutch pancake, and a vegetarian frittata with gouda, and shared. The young child in our group is not an adventurous eater, so he just had an American style buttermilk pancake and a scrambled egg.
The food quality was excellent, the portion size was just right. We thought that the prices were reasonable for Stowe. The coffee (Green Mountain- we asked) was hot and fresh. It was about 11 AM when we were seated, and the restaurant was still quite busy. The service was attentive and friendly.
We left feeling very satisfied and fueled for an active day. It was perfect for us, because we only needed to eat a snack (skipped lunch) during the rest of our busy day.
