I have traveled extensively as a professional academic and as a tourist and have found the staff at this hotel just unbearably difficult, rude, and not only unhelpful, but on occasion, purposefully malicious. The manager is very rude and he does not give this chain a good name. As a platinum member , I expected more. Will not stay here again, and possibly not again with this chain. The breakfast is also ok, low on fruit, high on sugar like many. The business center is nonexistant, consisting of one computer in the lobby. The rooms themselves are ok, and the pool is ok but very chlorine rich and the restaurant is not very good, but again, ok. The manager and staff are so terrible though that I have to give this one the lowest possible rating. I would not trust them with a park and fly, either.

I am so sorry to hear about your horrible experience at our hotel. I wanted to respond to let you know that we have made a lot of change to our hotel since 2008, Including a new Guest Services Manager and an entirely new front desk staff. We have implemented a Customer Care program that the entire hotel has gone through and we have made some very significant changes with regards to customer service. We also offer many more amenities and recognize our Rewards members very differently than we did over 4 years ago. We would really appreciate any consideration for another try at our hotel.
