“Wonderful place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

Great food, excellent bar (I had a martini made with Smuggler's Notch vodka). Seafood choices were especially good. This is a fine restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere.

“Great menu, great food.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

This is the third time I've been to Pauline's. I always have a hard time deciding what to eat, the menu is great. I chose the lunch special this time and was not disappointed. It's a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy a great meal.

“Great food,professionnal service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2012

Have been a frequent patron of Pauline's for both lunch and dinner.
This restaurant has been in operation for several years and their experience in both food and service is evident.
The menu is not extensive but whatever you select will be very good, they excell in soup making, their salad is always delicious.
Although this not a hamburger joint, their angus beef hamburger topped with vermont cheese is excellent. We have recommended this restaurant to more than one friend and all have become repeat customers.
The restaurant chef is friendly,he often walks about the restaurant and does mind chatting with you about his menu or suggestions you might have.Well worth a visit...it is on route #7 about 2 miles from Interstate 89.

“Great food; different from the run of the mill places”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

We dine out a lot and have tried Pauline's before. It didn't disappoint. The food was great; the martini's at $8.75, seemed a little steep in price. I had the pork schnitzel at $19.00; it had a caper sauce on it and was just great. My wife had the mixed seafood grill at $20.00 ; it was fantastic. Atmosphere is nice; nothing outstanding but clean and quiet. (In the old days, this place was a busy, noisy diner). If you are new to town or passing thru, try Pauline's; you won't be disappointed.

“Cute, yet elegant with a great menu.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

Pauline's is a lovely little restaurant with very nice menu options. It is higher end than you might expect when you see it from the road. Go when you have time to enjoy a nice meal. That is not to say that you can't get a quick meal there, but the food merits taking your time to enjoy it.
