We were passing through town and thought a 'name' establishment would beat the collection of small motels along Shelburne Road. That was a mistake. This hotel doesn't look too bad from the road, but if you pay attention to the subtle clues like the dirty entrance to the office, you'll know to skip it. Unfortunately, we arrived late and worn out from a long day driving in the rain. The hotel has two sections - the suites are in two newer buildings; the regular rooms in a two or three buildings that don't appear to have been renovated for 20 years and will remind you more of one of those old run-down budget motels. Our room had a strong cleaning odor, a toilet that ran continuously, two old, sunken and creaky mattresses, a very tiny tub/shower with mold showing at the ceiling, and an AC unit that gave me a head cold. There is nothing to recommend this place. Hope this review saves someone the trouble of a stop here.
