It had high speed WiFi, as advertised, a bed and a TV. Everything else was pretty disappointing. It was a cold night, and the windows did not keep out the cold. Consequently, the heat was constantly going on and off, which did not make for a good night's sleep. Fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart and both the toilet and shower had low water pressure. Finally, the water cooler at the front desk had the smallest paper cups I've ever seen. Don't want you drinking too much free water, I guess.

About the location -- I knew this going in, but the hotel is not in Killington. It is on Route 7 in Rutland.

We tried to stay in the Holiday Inn right across the street but it was full. They suggested the Red Roof Inn and boy! were we glad! Besides being half of the Holiday Inn price, the lobby was very tastefully decorated, the room was similar to a Holiday Inn Express in amenities, large indoor pool (you could swim laps) and an expanded continental breakfast...all for $47!

We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is more than fine, it's right on the main road (but not noisy) with restuarants and the mall very close by. It's clean, quiet, safe and the staff are really helpful. The room I had was in the C block and looked like it had recently been done up. Each floor has ice machines, vending machines and air con throughout the whole of the building. Also used their washing machines which was a great help. and their pool was clean and never busy either!
Im travelling on my own and needed somewhere to crash for a couple of days and this place was perfect.

Perfectly decent hotel. Rooms were clean, front desk was helpful. B'fast was bagels, cereal, and Belgian waffles. Pool was closed for cleaning after a busy weekend, but the desk staff opened up the area for me to use the sauna. If you need a room and shower for a ski trip, it's just fine.
