“Worth a visit if you're in the area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2012

The museum is packed full of magazine covers and other printed forms of Rockwell's work. It is a bit overwhelming in terms of the number of exhibits and would benefit from more insight into the background behind the paintings. Norman Rockwell was certainly prolific and it is interesting to see some less well-known pictures, advertisements and book illustrations.

“Not really a museum”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2012

This really isn't a museum in the traditional sense but more a gallery with a collection of Rockwell prints, memorabilia and collectibles displayed in a separate part of a framing and print shop. There is a 6.50 fee to see the collection but the gift shop area with many Rockwell prints/reproductions is free-of-charge (unless you buy something ;-)

An look back through the twentieth century by the artist who probably captured the day to day activities and lives of Americans most effectively.

“it was interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

I liked the museum. His pantings are nice to look at and the information they have on them is short and informative. It is not a place for small children but a child in mid-to-late teens may like it.

“Was Norman Ever Here?”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2012

It was so bad we have gotten years fo giggles from it. Would we ever go back? Well, maybe, just to see if it still exists.
