“Happy with Ramada”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2005

We stayed for one night of our tour of VT and NH. Check in was smooth and efficient (What’s the problem with a small lobby?) and they recommended places to eat.
The room was comfortable and well furnished and the bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Nice view from the balcony. Did not have chance to try the Pool. Hotel is on a busy road, but it did not disturb us at all.
Very good breakfast in a friendly atmosphere - juice, fresh fruit, cereal, toast and ‘cook your own’ waffles!

I stayed at The Ramada Inn for 1 night on leisure time with my family. We were disappointed when we arrived because of the small lobby and ugly exterior. From the outside, you could see that the balconies were all connected, easy for someone to watch you in your room if the blinds were not closed. When, my wife and I were checking in, they told us we were across the parking lot and in the building above the car rental company and board of education office. Besides this, the rooms were okay but there were many signs warning us of things such as IF YOU SMOKE IN THIS ROOM, YOU MUST PAY A CLEANING FEE and DO NOT STEAL TOWELS. I found this strange. The breakfast was good with hot waffles and fresh fruit. The pool was nice too. Overall, I would look into the Comfort Inn across the street.

Check in was efficient and our room was comfortable with reasonable decoration.

Whilst right next to the main road, our room was quiet enough for our stay.

The Free breakfast was great, with good choice of cereal, toast, waffles and juice.

Good value, and worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our stay here in Feb 05 .Suite we stayed in was spacious ,well equipped and housekeeping was excellent.Free breakfast was great with good choice of cereal, toast, waffles and fresh fruit.
Staff were all very helpful especially Mike who was on reception when we arrived. He gave us lots of useful info on the surrounding area, places to eat ,shop etc.
The hotel seems to be popular with British schools taking their half term ski holidays , so we found breakfast room a bit small to cope with the 2 parties staying there when we were.
Overall a great place to stay the only downside was that the pool supposedly heated to 80C was too cold for us to use and only every saw one other person using it during our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were not expecting anything special. What we found were large rooms, a plantiful continental breakfast and very good staff who were willing to help at all times. Situated on a main road but rooms were quiet. About 2 minutes away from a quiet and ordinary town centre

We stayed one night at this hotel, during our trip in the North-East part of the USA. The rooms are very spacious, 2 queen-size beds, and clean !!
The hotel reception was very friendly and helpfull. The only disadvantage (as many other hotels in this category) was that there wasn't an elevator, so we had to climb the stairs with our suitecases.
Nevertheless : value for money !

In January 2004, I traveled here to spend some time skiing at Killington with my girlfriend. For about fifty bucks a night, we had a great hotel to come back to at night. Unfortunately, it was about -50 degrees, so we were forced to cut our stay short. Would definitely come back again.
