Just returned from a weekend trip to Vermont. Stayed 5/6/06 at this hotel.
Received a room on arrival, no reservation. Had a coupon for discount which was honored.
Hotel was very busy with lots of teens who seemed to be participating in some kind of sporting event. There was also a bowling tournament being held.
As a result the hotel was busy, full of children and teens. The pool is indoor with a sauna and hot tub. The pool was full of families and teens. However this was not a problem.
Requested a non smoking room, received same, room was also designated to be handicap accessable. Lovely room, nice bath, but if you are indeed handicap I do not see that this room would be vey convenient.
Restaurant nearby, and Ben n Jerry's within walking distance.
Nice complimentary breakfast in the am. Again very busy, but hotel staff kept up with the food and beverages.
The only negative I could offer, is that the hotel seemed to be out of towels, there were only 2 bath towels in the room, and due to the large #'s of people , pool towels were basically non existant. The hotel staff were nice, and did manage to find me 2 pool towels.
I would definately stay there again.
