On a rainy day, when we didn't want to go skiing, we decided to take in Simon Pearce. Watching the glassblowers perform their teamwork was a wonderful way to wait for our table to open up in the restaurant.
The intricacy of their work, and the way that they work together is truly remarkable. We watched them make glasses, Apple paperweights, and other items, working their magic as they explained the process to the visitors.
After watching this for a while, our table became available. My daughter had the Vermont Cheese soup with salad, I had a salad, and followed that up with a Lamb Burger, and my wife had the Shepherd's Pie. Everything was great, and we followed it up with a Carrot cake Whoopie Pie.
Wonderful food and setting.
