My brother and sister-in-law stayed here last year and recommended this as their favourite place in Vermont; we only had time for one night but were not disappointed - beautiful clappervoard building in a stunning setting, and Manchester is a lovely village and excellent base for exploring the general area - we wished we had allowed more time to stay in this area.
The Inn is beautifully and tastefully decorated with many lovely paintings; there was a roaring fire (all day) and a little pantry to help yourself to coffee, pastries, etc. Frank & Julie were perfect hosts, and Frank does a great breakfast (cottage cakes & sausages, on this occasion). We hope to return!
