“Not that great”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2010

While the food was not awful, it certainly wasn't anything special. Pretty bland, and relatively small portions. Also, the wait staff was pretty slow even though there were only a few groups in the restaurant.

Overall, not worth the money.

“eateries..”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2010

i ate at Sugar and Spice (again). as usual, the best breakfast you can eat. i also ate at Charity's during happy hour. ordered 2 sets of wings and 2 beers. Bill came back 1 set of wings and 4 beers.. hmmm! misatke; you tell me. but after i mentioned to the bar keep, she corrected it with a slight chagrin. did i eat there again.. of course :) with a watchful eye on my bill.

“Still a favourite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2010

Its still one of our favourites in Killington after many visits to the mountain, its basic food done well and good portion sizes served with a smile. Good selection of beers helps as well. We will continue going back.

“Great Food and Happy Hour!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2010

Charity’s has an awesome Happy Hour! We went on Saturday around 5:30pm and thought we would stay for about an hour for a couple of beers before dinner, we stayed for the next five hours, drank a ton of Guinness “best pint on the mountain” and had dinner. The food was incredible. We had Jerk chicken wings and nachos to start, both were great but the wings are the best ever. For entrees two of us had the cheese burgers with a bacon horseradish sauce “awesome”, the girls has the king crab, ribs and the fish special. They were all very impressed with the meal. The staff did a great job taking care of despite the busyness of the restaurant and bar. We met the owner “Scott” and complemented him on the food and service. “I brought up the jerk wings and he said he would be right back” about 2 minutes went by and he returned to the table with a bottle of Charity’s Jerk sauce for me to take home! “I was blown away!” They even sell the stuff!!!!!

We will defiantly return when we are back on the mountain February 24th! 1st stop hotel, 2nd stop Charity’s for wings and Guinness!

Keep up the good work!!!!
