We don't often venture up on the mountain for dinner but decided to give Casey's a try. Glad we did! We started with PEI mussels in an obviously freshly made tomato, shallot and garlic wine sauce. A cold, crisp fresh side salad with a perfect Zinfandel vinaigrette followed. But the hit of the night was some of the best St. Louis-style ribs we've ever had! They smoke the ribs and pulled pork right out back of the restaurant and serve them with fantastic, zesty homemade BBQ sauce, nice crispy sweet potato fries and grilled fresh asparagus. Generous portions and wines by the glass were reasonably priced, too. Now we can't wait to go back!
