“Can't wait to return!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2010

First visit to Mountain Sports Inn this past week for some early season Killington boarding. Mountain Sports was great. Very clean, great spread at breakfast, knowledgeable and super friendly staff, and located perfectly for a 5 min ride to the mountain. Will recommend to friends or anyone looking for a nice affordable ski weekend.

Hi fellow travellers, upon arriving at this inn we discovered we had mixed up our travel arrangements and should have arrived the previous night. Bob and Wayne could not have been more helpful in sorting us out . About the Inn itself everything was spotless and comfortable. For sightseeing or skiing this is certainly the place to stay

Stayed at Mountainview Sept 2010 with 10 friends on motorycles. Owner Bob, which is usually there alot; ( hey Bob, go home and see your wife once in awhile ) was the greatest. Very, very clean place with great rates. Resturant next door, great too. Nice day room. Been there before, and will go back again. He'll tell you all the nice places to go.

This place is clean and friendly. I wasn't expecting much based on the price we paid. They exceeded my expectations! The owner said it was off season but the winter rates looked great too. He also helped us with our sight seeing and our golf plans. Along with restaurant choices. One night we ate right next door at a great Italian restaurant. Good Food. I was very happy with the service and accommodations at this Inn. I plan on returnig in a couple of weeks for the foliage. Can't wait!!!

Id reather not even give this place a good review because I love it so much and wish for it to always be free for me to make reservations lol

They have an indoor jacuzzi. They have a very nice breakfast, they make it fresh in the open kitchen next to the dining room. You can pick eggs and bacon or pancakes and ofcourse all kinds of cereals. Rooms are all pretty nice. Clean for sure. There is no odd smell like some inns in Killington. There is a living room for everyone to hang out with a big screen TV. Only thing is that sometimes if you get too loud at night the owner WILL come and make sure that doesnt go on. So if you're young and drinking you better take it easy after 10 or go out and party dont stay in the room. ( This happened to us almost every year lol). If you do not have a car the shuttle bus stop is not a far walk, you have to walk a bit up the mountain to the Comfort Inn. Its not that bad. But, there are no stores in walking distance, need to cab it or shuttle bus.

But yes this hotel is GREAT value. I hope they dont change.

We got a package deal from Killington dot com. The hotel
was great and the skiing was very good.
This is a small, private ( i.e. not chain ) hotel with good ammenities.
Its clean, affordable and the service is good. It has a jacuzzi and
a hot breakfast is included.

I read the mixed reviews before booking Mountain Sports Inn through a Killington ski deal. I was here during the week, practically had the place to myself, staff was friendly, morning breakfast was good, however walls are thin as are the bathroom towels. The room was basic but clean. I'd take an outdated clean place to stay near the ski lodge over modern decor father away. Would stay here again.
