“Really good burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2014

It's a simple roadside burger spot. There are plenty of picnic tables, most with umbrellas to keep the sun off of you. The burgers are delicious, and there is a ton of selection for toppings. Not much more to say. Good burgers.

“Best Burger in a Long Time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2014

This little shack in Jeffersonville, VT is worth a visit. There are so many burger toppings to choose from-they have at least 30 varieties. They'll also custom make one for you. There are picnic tables to eat on, or you can get your burger to go. The only thing I didn't like about the burger (the "Ethan Allen" with cranberry aioli and sauté apples) was the plain white bun. I'd have preferred something with whole grains.

“Great spot for a quick bite!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

Our guides at Arbortrek Canopy Tours recommended this spot for lunch after we were done zip lining … we told them we like informal spots with great food… they were right about the Burger Barn!

The picture says it all… this is literally a shed in a gravel parking lot. We each tried different burgers… all were very good… the staff was very pleasant. They were a little embarrassed that they were out of oil so french fries and onion rings (both recommended by our local contacts) were not an option for us… one of their crew was making the run to Costco for supplies!

“glad I didn't miss it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

The Burger Barn was recommended to us by the folks at Arbor Trek as a spot for lunch after our Canopy Tour. I would not have stopped there had they not told us but am so glad we did. It is a small road side trailer which would be easy to miss or overlook but truthfully the best burger I remember having for a long time. The fried cauliflower was tasty as well. We wanted the fried green beans but the only fried veggie they had was the cauliflower at the time of our visit. I would definitely stop again.
