“Super Quality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2014

A bit of a wait, very loud environment, but the quality ingredients are spot-on. Amazingly fresh salads and beautifully done pizzas. An added bonus, the gluten-free pizzas were the best we have ever had, and we are baking and pastry instructors at one of the best culinary schools in the country.

“Always a Win”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2014

The pizza selection is impressive and always delicious. I love their house salad with goat cheese and would be sure to eat all of my
veggies everyday as long as they were prepared by the good folks at American Flatbread. Great service too.

“Great food but get a seat early”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2014

Great pizza and good beer. We had the special salad and tasted fabulous. The service was good. My only complaint was that there was major confusion seating us. I arrived ten minutes before they stated seating people and was told to come back at five. When I came back at five they said they would be seating people. They made it seem like the place was packed, but no one actually sitting down. Once they finally got us seated, the experience was great.

“Always Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2014

You really cannot go wrong here. Even if you are not crazy about pizza, the salads are fresh and the desserts seasonal. There is a large bar to wait at with a long beer menu. The dining room is a little loud but it's fun to see the flatbreads being made as the oven is part of the room. Great family place.

“Don't miss this restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2014

Great renovated downtown space, pizza oven & pizza made right in dining area. Ingredients are sourced locally when possible. Large portions of food, and the pizza is excellent. Local beers, good wine list, the bar looked good when we walked by. Outdoor seating area too. All kinds of patrons - families, the hip, young, old, vacationers, college student. Friendly competent service. Downtown, and they have other locations.
