“Great place to stay in South Jordan”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

I had an enjoyable 2 night stay at this property. The facilities are above average for the rates. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very quiet with comfortable beds. Other reviewers mention the breakfast and it too was top notch. This hotel had a lot of "little things" that come together for a great place to stay.

This hotel is our home away from home when we visit Salt Lake City (15-20 times a year). We have never had a bad experience here. The staff usually recognizes us when we arrive, and we have always had the best customer service. The rooms are always very clean, neat, and everything works every time. We won't stay anywhere else. The breakfast is always good, and they go the extra mile if you can't take the time to eat in. They have to-go breakfast available at the front desk if you are in a hurry. I also enjoy the very tasty cookies in plentiful supply at the reception desk 24-7. The location is good because it is at the south end of the valley, which makes it convenient for business in the Provo/Orem area as well as Salt Lake. It is very close to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. Love this motel!

We loved this place. Imagine, freshly baked cookies when you check in and then a happy hour (which we missed as we were meeting friends for dinner) and then a lavish free breakfast in the morning with real silverware and real dishes--no plastic or paper here! And, the food was quite tasty! We had never stayed at this brand before, but will look for them as we travel. Great value and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The light meal at 6 was surprisingly very good (chili) and the gentleman taking care of the beverages and food was awesome. The cookies and fruit at the front desk is a nice touch. One thing you should know is the Inn is right next to some train tracks. Even with the air conditioner running, we heard (and felt) the train at all hours of the day (early morning (2 am) to late at night). Not sure if it was just the proximity of the room but we were on the 4th floor a few doors down from the end.

Room Tip: If you're a light sleeper, make sure you talk to the front desk about being as far away from the...

I stayed here for the HMQS show, for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The 1 room suite we were in was very small, about the size I expect from a room - not a suite, and I was very glad there were only 2 of us, because three would have been squished. But the beds were very comfortable, and that's the most important thing. The shuttle service to and from the conference was excellent.

The managers social hour was a joke. The first night the food was cold mashed potatoes with cheese and sour cream, crackers and cheese, and someday vegetables. I had the free wine for dinner. The next night there was meatballs. I was told there had been egg rolls and some other stuff but it was gone before I got there, and when i got there it didn't lose for another hour. The third night was a repeat- food gone within half an hour. The fourth night we went out to eat. After getting a free glass of wine, of course! Breakfasts were about the same poor quality or lack of quantity.

We chose this hotel because of the special conference pricing of $89 per night for the suite...divided by the two of us, it was a good deal and we got what we paid for. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice.

Our soccer team stayed at this hotel for an evening on our way from Phoenix to Boise for a Regional Tournament. We had a large group of 23. This property was accommodating in every manner. It was clean throughout, the rooms were spacious and the flat screen TV's were very nice. Breakfast was well stocked and perfect for our needs. If you have a sports team or large group and are looking for lodging in this area, this is the place to stay!

After being away for 10 months for the military my wife and I got the Jacuzzi suite. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!!! And we will both be visiting again soon.
