“Modest, but great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2009

As most of the reviews say, this property, although basic, offers great value. the only minor drawback is that there are limited dining options in the immediate area.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and really enjoy it. The price is great and we've have a good experience both times. I think it's a hidden gem in St. George for those people looking for a good place to stay the night, but don't want to spend a lot of money. The breakfast was great, and everyone was very friendly.

Last year, we raved about this inexpensive, clean, convenient hotel off the 15 fwy in St George, UT - on our way from Zion and Bryce canyons. This time, however, we were in a room on the 2nd floor, and there was a very musty and stuffy smell throughout the floor. We'll still stay there again, though, at under $100 for 4 people, including an excellent continental breakfast, you can't beat it. Pool if you need it, and friendly staff, too.

If only all motels would be run like this one. Ultra clean, friendly desk and breakfast personnel, great rooms. The best motel we've stayed at in the last two years, all things considered. The desk told me they are obsessive about cleanliness, and I believe it!!

Nice little hotel. Stayed one night, got a single queen room. Room on the small side, but plenty of room for the two of us.
Location was just off the freeway. Room was very clean, price was great @ $55.00 and it had a great pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast was also good.

Based on the trip advisor reviews, I booked for one night before we flew out of Las Vegas. What a nice way to end vacation. Clean, clean clean.....was exactly what we found here. Stephanie at the front desk printed our boarding passes and was so helpful. We relaxed at the pool and enjoyed a quiet evening before heading home. There is a fridge and microwave in the room without being charged extra. The breakfast was also the best of 4 hotels. Scrambled eggs, warm biscuits and gravy. Hot latte dispenser, fruit, banana nut muffins. All very good. This is privately owned by fussy people that want to please the customer. What a nice approach!!!!
