I was disappointed in my room here. The beds were uncomfortable and covered with rubber sheets that balled up under you and made you sweat.
I was given a smoking room when I requested non-smoking. I was travelling with seniors and notice was given at the time I booked and I was given a second floor. The walls are thin and the rooms noisy. Don't ask for complimentary toiletries as they're probably "out". I did appreciate the body works shampoo.
