The room was clean, well designed, attractively decorated and reasonably priced. But, if you have any problem with steps, stay away! There were steps leading into the lobby, several different levels of steps leading to the rooms and even a whole set of stairs leading down into the breakfast room! I don't see how anyone with a wheelchair could get around this hotel at all.
The worst part of the stay for us was the air conditioning. It was working fine, but then stopped in the middle of the night. We woke in the morning to a hot, stuffy room. After calling the front desk, we were told to get down on the floor and push the reset button on the air conditioning unit. I don't think any part of a hotel stay should require getting down on the floor. We did get a discount on our room after this debacle.
