“Great Bang for Buck”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2014

Our family of 5 loved this hotel. We had 3 beds in a very clean and comfortable room for a great price. The front desk was very professional. Definitely the best hotel of the bunch on our 10 day road trip.

Room Tip: The room with 2 Queen and 1 Double was economically priced and the 5 of us had plenty of room.

This is not the Four Seasons. It's a standard 60s style, single-level motel located on a busy street in downtown St. George.

But for someone traveling through, as we were, it's convenient to I-15, the room was large, clean, and well-appointed, and the service was excellent. On top of that, the price was very reasonable.

The motel provides a nice breakfast and, unlike similar properties, had an adequate number of tables for the morning crush of guests.

Despite its proximity to busy St. George Boulevard, the place was quiet - no complaints about road noise.

The rooms were great for families especially the 2 queen and double. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Our family would definitely stay here again. Did not have breakfast this stay but last visit the breakfast was hot and appetizing.

We were in town for the Thunder over Utah air show. Also visited Zion National Park for a day of hiking. Had a great stay. Large family room with 3 queen beds fit the whole family, helpful and pleasant staff, good wireless internet, great pool and hot tub, great location, and good breakfast.

The travel inn is located close to downtown and is a very nice place for the price. Very clean, comfortable bed, swimming pool was clean and much appreciated in the summer heat. The staff was wonderful! The only thing is, bring your own conditioner, for some reason they just dont furnish that. I even asked at the front desk and they said they dont carry it. That was they only fault I found with them

The two night stay was good for the price. The cheerful and helpful staff made the check in and out process easy for us. The room was small but clean. A welcome snack that Best Western provides are the cookies in the evening. After our long day trip we were looking forward to having some cookies for an evening dessert. Unfortunately the front desk clerk told us he did not make any that evening. He said he did not make any since it was a slow day. No cookies for us!!

I had already booked this motel for an overnight when my transmission failed 21 miles from the exit in a mountain gorge. I had to extend my stay for two additional nights while waiting for the new one to arrive and be installed. The front desk gave me the same price for the extra days, a very reasonable rate of $63 plus tax. They also extended the checkout time when I didn't know if I would need to stay another night. Not to mention the generous number of TV stations which suddenly become important when it's over 100 degrees out and you have no car. The free hot breakfast saved me from having to walk elsewhere and was quite good: fluffy, perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for good service and good value.
