“Moving Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2014

Visiting the LDS Temple in Saint George was truly a moving experience. We were invited to dinner with a local family at their home afterwards - that's Utah.

“What a peaceful place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2014

I loved seeing this majestic white building, perched in the middle of the interesting desert city of St. George, Utah. There is a visitor's center adjacent to the temple, with guides, movies about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which are very positive and left me feeling quite good about life, and peaceful inside.

“Beautiful architecture and grounds”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014

The St. George Temple is a true oasis in the desert. Built by early Mormon (LDS) settlers, it is a beautiful building. The grounds are equally beautiful with well manicured lawns and flower gardens. There is a visitors center as well with movies and more information.

“great historical attraction”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014

The St George temple was built over a period of years at great sacrifice and completed in 1877. The grounds are beautiful and many gouts stop here for a visit. There is a visitors center there where you can go to get more info regarding the history.

“Beauty, Spendor and Peace, all in one stop!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

Visit the grounds of this grand temple and drink in the beauty of it as you marvel in the workmanship of the pioneers ability to construct such a marvelous building out of the red sand and black lava rock in the surrounding area. The Visitor Center delivers in providing visitors with information on the early area as well as the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Walk the grounds, sit under grand trees, relax in the theaters of the Visitor Center as you watch peace filling short movie clips provided to the visitor to provide information on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Be filled with peace and the love of our Heavenly Father as you refill your spiritual tank!
