“Spacious and incredible”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and honestly there's no better place in all of southern Utah. The rooms are massive especially the master with a walk-in closet and huge shower, and its nestled into the side of a small hill so its always quiet night and day. My kids were obsessed with the indoor and outdoor pools and my son and I shot hoops at the basketball and tennis court well into the night! We stayed there four nights and didn't have to bring much as there was a full laundry with a nice washer and dryer next to the kitchen which is also full sized and perfect for making our breakfast and lunches.
At night we went to the Tuacahn, an outdoor theater with all different kinds of shows depending upon which season, and one night we grilled chicken skewers and veggies on the balcony BBQ under the stars.

I really don't spend time writing reviews but we had such an incredible time here my wife said I should write something. We will definitely be coming back.

Okay, that title is cheesy, but it's true. Before you walk into your room there are these metal arched doors that make you feel like you are in a castle. This place was amazing! When I walked in, I felt like I was perfectly at home (except it was way nicer, newer, and more elegantly decorated than my home. The master bedroom is awesome! There is a huge bathroom with a jet tub, a beautiful shower that is separate from the tub, and a toilet room that you can close yourself into. There is also a walk-in closet that we were able to set up our pack-n-play in so our 2 year old could sleep in there....in other words, it's a really big closet. I took pictures of the master bedroom so I could design my dream house after it. No joke. The only downside is that there are no elevators to the room, so lugging luggage up the stairs is hard. But it was totally worth it. And the view is amazing!

Our family stayed here at the Coral Springs Resort while we were visiting St. George to see a few shows at Tuacahn Ampitheatre. It turned out to be a superb decision. The resort is conveniently located near the freeway for quick access to the city, yet far enough away that there weren't any noise problems. The condo is a dream home away from home. It includes a very spacious and comfortable living area and balcony. Everything was CLEAN and TIDY upon arrival and oh, were the beds soft and comfortable, perfect after a long day's vacationing. There is plenty of room for our belongings and we even had room in the Master bedroom to set up a play pen for our baby. The TVs were nice, equipped with Google TV, which we could watch while laying in the Master bedroom on the king size bed. We were able to cook breakfast each morning (eggs, toast, and sliced fruit) without any problem. The drinking water out of the fridge worked great for us too, we love lots of drinking water!

The club house has a pool and hot tub, both which were nice. The pool was a nice temperature for a hot summer day. The gym facilities are pretty comprehensive - all the stuff you would need if you're into that kinda thing on vacation. The parking is covered. No elevator, but that didn't cause us any problems even being on the top floor. The staircases are wide and conveniently located right next to the parking stalls.

It is a very beautiful resort that lies on the peaceful outskirts of a great city for recreation. I highly recommend the Coral Springs Resort!

Room Tip: Get a room on the bottom if you can...closer to the parking!

We're staying here right now, and I couldn't wait to the end of our stay to write about this resort. Our family has traveled together all over the United states, and this is one of our favorite places to hang out. Here are some reasons why:

1) The furnishings and the architecture in all of the rooms are nicer than you would expect in a vacation property. It was furnished like someone's home would be, with high end appliances, flagstone fireplaces, beautiful cabinetry and really gorgeous tile in the walk in showers. The beds are big oversized raised King and Queen beds, with super comfy mattresses and high end linens. The carpet is really nice, and looks brand new. The TVs and fireplaces and patios are all gorgeous. It's nice that there are four TVs in the 3-bedroom suites so all the kids can watch their own shows.

2) Having a full sized kitchen is such a luxury when you're traveling. People who compare somewhere like this to getting multiple hotel rooms are totally missing the point. You can save lots of money on meals, and the kids are able to snack and eat whenever we are in the room. It's great not going out for breakfast.

3) This is like renting a house, but you also get a huge outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis court. We were able to watch the US open in the clubhouse while our kids swam, and that's a luxury you just don't find in very many hotels or condo properties anywhere else.

4) The staff has been so attentive to our questions, both over the phone and in person. They work really hard to make sure that people who are not staying here don't overcrowd the pool or clubhouse areas and they came over to check on us to make sure that we had arrived ok.

5) There is plenty of parking, right underneath each building. Most places require a much farther walk and have assigned spaces.

6) We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the keypad entry into every room. Each guest has a unique code for only your door, and it's SOOOOO much better than trying to spread room keys out when the kids go swimming. We had two families staying together, and it was nice to not worry about who was arriving first to check in since we both knew the code in advance.

7) The resort is in a really secluded area with hardly any traffic. The road in front makes for a perfect jogging path over the bluff in the morning, and it's so peaceful around the property, it feels like our own private property in the desert.

8) The freeway access makes Washington only a 5 minute drive away, and downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. It's closer than a lot of places in town, and super easy to get on and off the freeway. Coral Canyon and Sand Hollow Golf courses are within a 10 minute drive.

Anyone looking for a quiet, well-furnished retreat in St. George should come here. It has very luxurious furnishings and super easy access to everything you need for a great vacation.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

We spent three (3) nights at this resort in June 2013. We rented our 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo unit directly from the owner. Our unit was in Building D. I'll break the review up into three (3) sections:

CONDO UNIT D4:
The condo itself was very spacious with high end furnishings and appliances, and very clean when we arrived. The outdoor patio and fireplace overlooking Interstate 15 and the mountains in the distance was breathtaking. The owner of the unit and / or past guests provided quite a large supply of paper products, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, etc.; so that our trip to the nearest Albertsons Supermarket didn't cost us so much! The unit had a large laundry room. Cable TVs were provided in the family room, master bedroom, and 1 of the 2 remaining bedrooms. For the most part, everything inside the room was functional and in pristine condition. Exceptions were a broken blind in 1 of the guest bedrooms, a broken screen door on 1 of the sliding doors, and a hole in the tile flooring in the kitchen. The owner also provided basketballs, tennis rackets / balls, pool towels, iron, sweeper, and too many other 'just like home' items to describe. Correspondence with the owner during the reservation process was quick, friendly, and pleasant. Check - in to the unit is a breeze as we went directly to the condo itself and used a pre-sent door code to get in.

THE AREA:
The resort consists of 3 condo buildings and a club house. Near the resort is a gas station. On the opposite side of SR 9 is a Holiday Inn Express, and Harley Davidson Dealership, and some small offices. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing around. The resort is located at Exit 16 of Interstate 15. We had to go into St. George via Exit #8 or #6 to find shopping and restaurants. Not a huge deal since the trip took less than 10 minutes. Just take a good look at an aerial photograph of the area and as you will see, it looks like the resort is in the middle of nowhere; it truly is! It was about a 45 minute drive to Zion National Park from the resort. The infrastructure around the resort is built as such that at one time, it looked like quite a few more condo buildings, retail, and restaurants would be built. Possibly the real estate crash back a few years ago adversely impacted this area too? Maybe someday this will all be built?

THE RESORT:
This is where my biggest complaint is. The resort has 2 swimming pools; 1 outdoor and 1 indoor. It did not look like either pool had been cleaned for quite some time while we were there. Dirt and dead insects were found in the indoor pool, and dead insects and a green 'hue' was noticed in the outdoor pool. A good number of the outdoor pool chairs (plastic) had broken and were being held together with duct tape. NOT GOOD. The workout room, basketball court, and tennis court were all nice and well kept, however. The under-building parking was a nice touch - keeping our vehicle from sitting out of the direct sun, but looking up at the drywall ceiling of the 'garage' revealed several large holes in it.

In summary, would I stay here again if we were ever in the area? Probably. I had absolutely no beef whatsoever with the owner or her unit itself. It was better than we could have ever imagined. The condition of the pools and chairs was disappointing for what this resort is trying to be.

Room Tip: There are no elevators. Access from the parking 'garage' to the rooms is via stairs.

The Coral Springs Resort is the place to go if you want a family friendly resort. With an outdoor, indoor pool where I taught my nephew how to swim to the tennis court where we had many intense family matches. it was a place to go and relax and spend some quality time with the family. The suite was more then enough for our party of 11 guests. The one part I liked the most about the Coral Springs Resort is the view we had from our 3rd floor balcony overlooking the red rock mountains as the sun set.
Coral Springs Resort guests also get "the best of both worlds" to both Zions National park and St. George, Utah. It's close enough for a night out on the town, but far enough that you are away from the lights and noises of the big city. Coral Springs is located near the main highway that leads towards Zions. So if you are a early bird like I am, and like to see the National Park before they get busy, Coral Springs Resort will give you an extra advantage to be the first in line.

Room Tip: We stayed in D11. In my opinion it is the best Suite at the whole resort. It was close to the pool a...

Awesome spot! A few friends and myself went down for a weekend and had a blast at this resort. I think we spent a whole day on the grounds just swimming, hot tubbing and playing basketball and tennis. The other days were great also since this place is just a stones throw away from Zion's Natl. Park, St. George, and other fun spots. Highly recommended!
