“Private Golf Club with Over night Villas for the Public at one of Utah's Most beautiful places”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2015

One of the nicest golf courses in the southwest, managed by Troon, offering pristine conditions year round. The prime times are fall and spring when the weather is ideal and condition of play perfect. A little warm in Summer afternoons, although early morning makes it a good round of golf. Winter months of late December and January can be iffy, but still playable on most days. The front is a beautiful desert course with water on majority of holes. The ninth holes passes the Entrada overnight rental units, which not only well appointed, but have great views. Most of the holes offer great vistas of Snow Canyon and red rocks and their spectacular club house. Check out their rental program, a great way to get you access to the golf course and the club house for dinner.Of course cocktails are available, for those that want to unwind and watch the sunset cast shadows and light over the beautiful red rocks. Back nine is where the fun begins, with the last 4 holes winding through lava fields similar to the big island of Hawaii. Bring extra golf balls and enjoy the green wayfarings that cut right through the black lava flows. Truly spectacular golf, view, service and staff.

“Favorite Utah course!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2015

This is an amazing golf course! You will be hard pressed to find a better manicured course anywhere. It's a private club but accessible to the public if you stay at the inn and do a package or know a member. One of the best golf experiences in Utah. The finishing holes through the lava fields are incredible.

“Very Disappointed”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2015

Just a word of wisdom. Don't expect reward for being a loyal guest. Rooms on Entrada's website deceiving. When asking for money back after room being a handicap room, we were told we can't do that beyond 24 hour policy. Then to make matters worse we were told that this room was not handicapped. Interesting since the shower head is 4 feet high and a flat wide open roll in to shower stall and seat under shower head. Also, closet had lower level of railing for hanging clothes. We are educated with doctorate degrees and it doesn't take a "rocket scientist" to figure this out. Someone needs to train the front desk staff to be aware of their surroundings and not tell guests there is are no handicapped rooms. Especially guests that have been there yearly since they opened. Will not be back. Don't like being demeaned. So just beware. So sad.

“VERY interesting back 9!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2015

The front nine on this course are beautiful and enjoyable to play. BUT, the back nine is both great to play and great to just SEE. Most of the holes are carved out from large black lava boulders that make you think you are playing on the surface of a strange planet. If your ball heads in that direction and you don't get a favorable bounce...it is GONE!!!! Fun round for sure.
