The motel is run down and the couch was a fold up bed with a dirty bedspread covering it. TV did not work. There wasn't any blankets on the bed just an old bedspread. I asked for a blanket and she took me to a filthy laundry and found one waded up in the corner. It was dirty with holes in it like the mice had been in it. The carpet was so dirty I had to put on my shoes to go to the bathroom. The breakfast they advertise, you have to go out to the main street and go to a different hotel. I called the morning before we a arrived to see if there was in room coffee. I was informed there was. I went down to the office and she gave me a coffee pot but I had to go next door for coffee cups. I really could go on. If we would not have arrived so late we would have just walked out.

Room Tip: Take your chances on getting a room. Don't pay for it in advance.

The motel is run down although they advertise it as being renovated. The room was of a good sized. Furniture was delapidated but not unusable. Linen had some black stains but was clean. The room was clean as well. Internet access was intermittent at best. Location was the best feature. Easy to get to any location from there. The front desk staff was very helpful even going out of their way to help. Some of the permanent residents had dogs who barked early in the mornings. They also smoked so there was a smoke smell about the place. Also they would take the outdoor funiture from around the pool and bring it to in front of their units so that there was no furniture around the pool for the other guests. There were light bulbs missing in some of the lamps and there were no screens on the windows, allowing flies to get into the unit. The fridge and microwave were plugged in to the same outlet so if they were both on the breaker tripped. Bed was comfortable. The mattress may just have been replaced as there was an old mattress along with an out of service air conditioning unit propped on a wall outside the unit. There was a very strong smell in the unit: could not tell if it was a cleaning agent or if it was some sort of pest control substance. Had to cross-ventilate to keep from getting a headache. Place was aired out by the third day. Breakfast was served at the motel next door. It had waffles, muffins and fresh fruit. Interesting to note that one of the apples had a hole in it where it had rotted. This fruit was in the serving bowl again on the second day.

Room Tip: Most of the permanent residents seem to live on the same side as the office. It might be quieter if...

Just can't believe that anyone would run a place in this way! The smelled terrible, the blinds were trashed and filthy, bars on the back windows! There were kids screaming, shouting and riding scooters thru the whole place well after dark! And it appeared that some sketchey lookin folks were long term residents. The price was cheap but I never thought a place could be like this no matter what the price.

Sure wish I would have looked at these reviews before I booked the place!

Lesson learned. I'll pay up to not stay here again!

I booked a room at this motel using Booking.com. The adage "cheap" can't describe this dump! The first room I was given had the foulest odor imaginable. The second room was only better with no odor. The entire motel appeared to be in some degree of construction by amateurs. Electrical outlets had gaps around the covers. Paint splotches all over the place. Two bed mattresses and an out of service air conditioning unit right outside the room door added ambiance. Everything was dirty. What a pit!!! DON'T stay at this property!!!!

Room Tip: Select a higher priced, mainstream motel!!!! Don't opt for this no-name dump!!!!

I am a business traveler and had a meeting the afternoon I was to check in. I called the day before to confirm that I would be able to check in prior to the meeting without additional charge in order to change and get there on time and was assured that would not be a problem. When I arrived there were a total of two cars in the parking lot, the vacancy light was on and obvious room at the hotel. The manager couple, who live behind the front desk, refused to let me check in without and additional charge, claiming the rooms had not been made up. Untrue, as I could see through the windows they ready. When I did check in later the rooms, mattresses and bedding was filthy. Urine, blood and black stains on the sheets. The mattresses were dirty and completely worn out. The had put boards under the mattresses because the box springs were literally falling apart. So, I essentially paid to sleep on a board. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Room Tip: Run! Find another, any other, place to stay.

We were to stay in #111 but left after 30 minutes. Everything was dirty. Extremely dirty. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, fridge, cabinets, microwave, etc...The fridge door was open when we arrived with 4 inches of frost in the freezer. It as a "suite" and the 2nd bedroom had a extra bedframe propped up against the wall. I was literally sick to my stomach and wondered what kind of person would rent a room in this condition? It looked like a crime scene w/o the yellow tape. The manager said all his rooms were neat and tidy and he didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently he has heard this before. Do not go near this place.

Room Tip: any room or motel except this one

Got the room for about $30 after tax. In the winter.
The worst of it: Found a small cockroach in the fridge, so we let our leftovers spoil.
The room itself seemed generally clean—sheets, bathroom, carpet included. Old tub, old furniture. New paint, new sink/counter.

Breakfast (which is more than I'd have expected from a place like this) was offered next door, but it was just crappy juice, two options of cereal with only whole milk. He had a waffle maker, but ran out of batter and then he started blaming the guests—loudly and in the middle of everyone—for wasting batter by using the waffle iron wrong. Honestly, it was amusing like a movie, though baffling that it was real-life.

We asked for a discount at checkout and she just told us it was a good room where they changed the sheets. "Nothing I can do for you."

So, pretty ghetto but we weren't expecting much for the price. We like to think of ourselves as tough-skinned and we were only looking for a bed for one night. (We'd have liekd a crib for the toddler too but thwy sidnt have any). Served its purpose.
