“Nice view from our third floor room”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012 via mobile

The suites here are smaller than other Marriotts but just as clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful pool area and very pet-friendly. Unfortunately this is the first Marriott that served a sub-standard breakfast. The gravy was barely warm, the oatmeal thin and watery and the eggs way overcooked.

We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The employees were friendly, and the rooms modern, spacious, and comfortable! Additionally, the hotel offered a very nice pool as well as a good breakfast! Reccomended!!!!

We were on a road trip from L.A. to Lexington, KY. When planning our route we decided to stop the first night in St. George. I made reservations ahead of time, because we were traveling with our small dog and wanted to be sure that wherever we stopped welcomed pets.

Check-in was quick and I was given the option of a room on the 2nd floor or one off the lobby. I decided on the room off the lobby in case our furry one would need to go out during the night. The hallway leading out to the pet area was just a few steps from our room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. My husband and I both slept like babies. I could have slept through the entire next day if we didn't have to hit the road.

The pet walking area is out back behind the property, adjacent to but not connected to the pool area. The area was very clean, the grass was green and soft and there is a station with bags to pick up after your pet and dispose. .... PLEASE BE A GOOD DOGGIE OWNER AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET... :-)

WARNING - This area is also the smoking area for this NON-smoking property. There are a few tables and chairs and it was also very clean. There were two people using the smoking area one time I took Comet for his walk, but it was not noticeable and I have a very sensitive nose to smoking.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast area accept for coffee but from what I saw, it looked to be the standard fare of cereal, juice, fruit, etc.

We would stay here again, if we found ourselves in the area on another trip.

We stayed here two nights in June. The bed was comfortable and our suite was clean. The breakfast each morning had a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. Didn't see alot of the other parts of the hotel as we were only there morning and night. It was a nice location for visiting Zion and Bryce national parks especially since we always travel with our pets and its hard to find nice clean hotels that accept them other than Marriott Residence Inns and Townplaces. Thank you Marriott!!!

Stayed here one night on a pass through in between Zion and Vegas. Hotel was very nice, and the outdoor pool area was a really nice compliement to the hotel. Breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel. Only negative were some of the other guests. I hate to "class" people, but we wondered if the carnival was in town and their employees and families were staying here.

We would definitely stay here again if we were in St. George.

After staying in several IHG facilities, this Marriott facility, even though it is one of the less expensive brands, stood out. By comparison, felt like we were in a resort rather than a moderate hotel. Suite was clean, comfortable and well planned. Pool area was fun and inviting. Location is good. Would definately stay there again.

Our family stayed here for a family vacation - the staff was fantastic, the hotel was clean, well maintained and the pool was also very good. We saved a lot on food by having the kitchenette for some of our meals. This is a definite repeat for us.

Room Tip: I prefer the top floor -
