Having stopped at Richfield, Utah several times when traveling from Los Angeles to Denver, I know this is not where you go to have an exceptional dining experience. Frontier Village Restaurant was promoting their BBQ items when we were there. I had their BBQ pork salad. They said it was sweet - certainly was & I was not able to detect any of the smoky flavor one would expect in a BBQ dish. My husband chose the pot roast which is served on a toasted hoagie with their "Frontier Fries". The pot roast was fine, not used to its being served over bread. The fries were even too salty for him - this is the man who adds salt first and then tastes. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, being average is not bad. We would go back there again - our expectations were for an average meal and that is what we had.
