This is an excellent location if you are attending a function at BYU. Well appointed rooms and in the summer you have a nice place to walk right on the River. I, however, was there in the dead of winter with snow on the ground. My room was very cold and it took almost 2 hrs to bring the temperature up to 68. Also I could not connect my iPad to the provided wireless and I was too tired from driving to follow up. I did have excellent connection the next morning in the breakfast room. Their breakfast was one of the best I have encountered at similar type properties. I would certainly return again as the price was great as is the location.

We had a river view room. The king size bed was comfy and the room was tastefully updated and larger than I expected.

Most importantly, no weird smells or hvac noise. Great experience!

We were quite surprised at the comfort and quality of the room for the price. The room was a good size (we had a king with a river view) and the bed was comfortable. The the room was clean. The chair was a bit uncomfortable, the bathroom was an odd configuration, and all the lightbulbs were gfl giving the room a cold feel. Front desk staff was friendly during check in and check out.

I would definitely stay there again.
